EntrepreneurShop, LLC offers entrepreneurs assistance with business formation, business plan development, operational policies and contracts, and general business consulting to reduce the risks associated with starting a new company. We offer affordable rates based on either a flat fee for specific services (e.g., drafting an employee handbook, forming a company on your behalf) or a $250 hourly fee for more individualized consulting and expertise for small to medium enterprises.
The lead consultant is Pamela S. Evers, MBA, JD, LLM, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and District of Columbia. An attorney since 1991 and professor of business law since 1999, Ms. Evers focuses her legal and consulting work on small to medium enterprises.
In addition to working in private business and academia, Ms. Evers served as a Navy Lieutenant, worked as a Fulbright Senior Specialist to develop an intellectual property rights program, and received a certificate in Public International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law. Ms. Evers has won awards and academic research grants and has published a number of articles, including Contests, Contracts, & Copyright: Sometimes a Great CONtest, in the University of Denver Sports & Entertainment Law Journal (May 2010) and Constitutional Law & Fracking, in the International Journal of Business and Public Administration (2015).
